Yes, but the U.S. government chose the red and blue to have a strict competition, and each stands for a certain idea, so it also helps learn what the public interest is.

All politicians believe that the public opinion is reflected in the media, when it is the media that shapes the public opinion. I really don't like the media these days, they're so biased. They never show the good news about anything, especially if it concerns Iraq!

It's not just the media, it's also the work of the government. They try to limit the access of knowledge throught he media. A wise man said "knowledge is Power." This is true, and the government knows this, so they limit it, because they don't want the people to have any powers, even though this is a nation for the people. It's all one big lie.

Yeah, that's true to an extent, but even the media it's self is corrupted, and not souly because of the government, but because they only want to show people what they want to show. If the puplic is exposed to only one side of a story then that will be what they believe. I've talked to many people that have been in Iraq and they say that it's running much smoother than people in America believe and what the media portrays.

But they shouldn't be. They are the leaders of our nation, and lies only corrupt whoever is believing them, so our nation can fall apart thank to the people that is suppose to keep us together.

I put my finger(s) into my eye(s), becaues it's the only thing that slowly stops the pain.
Another good line is: I felt the air rise up in me/Kneal down to the stone of me/I walk around where you can see/Inside my shell I wait and bleed.

I like the government, just not ours. Governments are ment to protect and serve us, and we'd be worse off without them, even if it was a little corrupt.

Sorry moo, but having Hilary Clinton in Office is the same as having Arnold as governor of California. We need someone smart, someone we can actually look up too, someone we can count on, someone that won't lie. You know, I am hoping to be involve in politics when I grow up, and in any way that I actually have a chance as president, I would make sure that the nation is true when it says "nation of the people". Right now, I would choose.... well who would YOU choose?
other than hilary clinton

That's a tough one, maybe Mcain, but I really havn't looked into it enough. I heard Kerry say over the radio that he's going to run again because he feels obligated to the American people. he said it a couple of weeks ago, and he's allready raising money! Lol.
