this is for eastern time (sorry for anyone who is not in eastern) also if you don't know how to convert, post your time zone and time, and I'll pm you the eastern time so you can vote.

In the rare occasion that I can get on to any game it can be whenever at any time of day. But, if you want to find most Legionnaires on, then go around 4-7 PM. Eastern Time.
