Imperial Code
The Imperial Code consists of the Imperial Law and the Imperial Honor. The Imperial
Law is the law of the Empire that have been established for order within the Empire. The
Imperial Honor is the standards and ideal code that a Legionnaire abides by. Both the
Imperial Law and Honor are described in more detail below.
Imperial Laws
The Imperial Law is our guide lines and code that we all must abide by. The purpose of
the Imperial Law is to maintain organization and professional performance. The failure to
operate within the Imperial Law will result in the necessary punishment. The Imperial
Law will have additional laws added, and modified as time progresses.
Imperial Law 1) For all Legion personnel, it is breaking the Imperial Law for one to
disobey the orders/commands of a higher official. This means that all commands must be
obeyed if delivered by a higher ranking officer. He is to be delivered to the court and
fined accordingly. There is one condition where one is excused from doing so. This case
is the event that the officer orders you to break a law and any fashion, shape, or form. It is
in this condition that you will be court marshaled and you will be obligated to state the
condition in which the orders were given or displayed. In other words, you will be taken
to court if you disobey an officer that demands you to break one of the Imperial Laws, but
it is then that you will plead with the court of the injustice of your superior officer.
Imperial Law 2) If one is to divulge any information on any undercover data dealing with
the Legion in anyway. He is to be delivered to the court and fined accordingly.
Imperial Law 3) If a Legionnaire in some way drives any other clan, or individual to war
with the Legion. He has broken the Imperial Law. A Legionnaire is not to use the Empire
as a power to gain influence over others. Abuse of using the Legion will be breaking the
Imperial Law. Drawing enemies to the Legion into unknown and unwanted wars is
frowned upon. He is to be delivered to the court and fined accordingly.
Imperial Law 4) The Imperial Law is above all laws, emotions, and personnel views. For
one to deny the Imperial Law will be considered treason and will be held accountable for
their actions. The Imperial Law will not be denied. He is to be delivered to the court and
fined accordingly.
Imperial Law 5) For any individual under Imperial Rule, it is against the Imperial Law for
one to deliver Legion information to any other outsider or any Legionnaire that is not
applicable for obtaining such valuable information. It is not for the Legionnaires to decide
who should get what information. Doing so will be considered treason and you will be
held accountable accordingly.
Imperial Law 6) To resist orders to go to court is breaking the Imperial Law. If you are
requested there. You are to report as soon as possible. To resist the Inquisition or their
warnings of conduct is illegal. He is to be delivered to the court and fined accordingly.
Imperial Honor
Imperial Honor is our code of chivalry we abide by. To follow this code is highly
encouraged and may result in promotions. The purpose of the Imperial Honor is to state
expectations in the Legion. But failure to follow the guide lines will not result in such a
heavy punishment as the Imperial Laws enforce.
This is the Imperial Honor. Our code of chivalry. Our path to knighthood. It is through
this code we will all become heroes of legend and myth. To be remembered and admired
by all others beyond the end of our days. By either a horrible death or glorious one, we
will be exalted. The Imperial Honor requires this of my brethren:
1) We must always have respect. To do so, we must always be polite to one another.
Honor your allies and brothers in arms points of view. If you disagree with any such
individual, politely state your opposing view. We must always support each other. Or else
our foundation and Empire were already doomed to die before we ever reached glory.
2) The Imperial Legion is evil’s bane. We represent what good and true. We must always
help others that are in need of aid. Always be there to smite evil. Reach our reputation to
the point where many will turn to us in times of trouble. Challenge all of those who wish
to conjure evil and conduct horrible deeds.
3) Why must we curse. Cursing simply shows one’s lack of vocabulary. It also shows that
we cannot contain our tempers and emotions. Don’t we all wish to attempt to progress
ourselves in life? Don’t we want others to look up to us, or down upon us? Take this
reason why cursing is useless. When one is around others that curse, and he curses with
them. No one takes notice and all is OK. But if you are amongst those who do not curse,
and you curse around them. How do you think they will look upon you? With
satisfaction? Or respect? No, they will look down upon you and find you insignificant.
But, if one is not to curse, those who do will never notice any difference. And for those
who don’t curse will also see you as a respectable individual. So tell me, which path will
take you further. This is simple logic. You cannot have a white knight coming to the
rescue and cursing at the same time. Cursing cannot be justified, if you are in a bad mood
or not. We shouldn’t even ever be in a bad mood. Let this be not only a lesson for you
within video games, but for your entire life style.
4) Never let your emotions or personnel judgment drive your decisions. Use the Imperial
Law as a guide line.
5) Do not talk trash and make lies. Both of these actions do not progress us either.
Talking trash will simply put you into the infamous state that we have seen many reach.
Lying will only make your sheep become dinner to the wolf like the boy who cried wolf. I
do not see the logic or common sense within the two.
Imperial Court System
The Imperial Court system is how the court sessions will be carried out, and by whom.
The court will be placed on a thread that only listed members may speak in.
Judge
The Judge is also known as the Head of the Court who will keep order within the court.
He will judge, investigate, and decide punishments to all individuals who have broken
any Imperial Law. If one fails to familiarize himself with the laws, this will not be taken
into consideration. He will be held accountable. The judge is the commander of the
Inquisition.
The Inquisition
The Inquisition is also considered our police force. They will monitor the actions of other
Legionnaires. They are also charged with delivering Imperial Law breakers to the court by
any means necessary.
All possible punishments delivered by the court
1) Banned- You are stripped of your rank and kicked out of the Legion. You may return
when the Sovereign feels you have recovered from your problem.
2) Banned and Exiled- You are stripped of your rank and kicked out of the Legion. You
cannot ever return under any circumstances.
3) Rank Deduction- A certain number of ranks may be stripped from the Law breaker.
4) Rank Depletion- To remove all ranks all the way down to Private-2nd Class
5) Temporary Ban- A time set where one is banned from the Legion but may return after
the time is up.
6) Hold Position- Cannot advance a rank, title, job, medal for a certain amount of time.
7) Profile Distortion- Erase or mix the profile of a convict up.
8) Medal or Title Removal- The removal of a title or Medal.
9) Job Removal- The removal of a Legionnaires job.
10) Community Service- One must recruit a certain amount of people before any jobs,
ranks, medals, or titles be rewarded to him.
If possible, these punishments may be combined and used when necessary.
